Problem:Export activepresenter projects to videos, Windows get hang, it doesn’t respond and restarts. My project gets partially converted into video and when I open it, it shows error code 0xc00d36c4

Can you please share the log of ActivePresenter?
We hope we can find out a clue from the log.
To view it, please click ActivePresenter button > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log.
In case the log is too long and you can not upload the file, please email it to support@atomisystems.com.
