I tryied to call the international service number from the bottom of the order page, no one answers. I tried to call +8424 – 3755 – 8373 too, still no one answers. I also left messages both in the live chat and contact us page, and still no response.

We cannot sell ActivePresenter to customers based in Japan.
This is because we’re under a contract with a local Japanese reseller who doesn’t allow us to sell ActivePresenter on the Japanese market.
The Japanese reseller company supplies a localized version and provides support in Japanese.
