Wrong colors when export to MP4

Problem: I have made a screen capture from Lightroom. When I export the film to MP4, all the grey areas are more purple in the exported film. What is causing these bad colors? It seems to be better when I export to avi.

Please try the following steps to see if they can resolve the issue or not:

  • In Start Page, click Preferences (the Gear icon).
  • In the Preferences dialog, select the Miscellaneous tab.
  • Clear the Use JPEG color range when exporting video option.
  • Click OK.
