What is this on my desktop?

After installation of ActivePresenter, I see this in my monitor always.

Also, after installation of this, I cannot type in Korean any other program.

Hi,

It is the Windows 10 volume bar and it should be not related to ActivePresenter. Can you please try restarting your computer to see if it can resolve the issue?
