Problem: What is the “Container” used for?
Saola Animate version: 2.7.1
OS: Windows 10
Why would I need to change the dimensions on the Container option shown at top of SAOLA ANIMATE , does it need to match the Scene size? I don’t understand the purpose.
Container is the HTML element in which a Saola animation is embedded.
By default, it takes up entire browser viewport when viewing in a browser.
Saola Animate allows changing its size in the editor to preview the scene in Canvas.
It’s very useful in case your scene width/height has % unit, especially in responsive projects.
You can see the Viewport section in this tutorial for a demonstration:
Thanks ToanLS, that gave me a much better understanding of the use.
