My company bought the standard version of ActivePresenter 10 - whenever I am exporting my file via xAPI the voice over is quite bad because there are gaps inbetween and sometimes at the end it’s cut off,
Also: a watermark of ActivePresenter is visible on each slide when uploaded on our LMS - how can I remove that?

Regarding the voice-over issue, if the audio is cut off at the end, you can try extending the audio duration slightly or leaving a small gap at the end of the slide before exporting.
However, since you also mentioned that there are gaps between the voice-over segments, could you please send us the project file to support@atomisystems.com so we can check it more carefully?
Regarding the watermark, this is because you are using the Standard edition. The Standard edition does not support eLearning. To export eLearning content without the watermark, you need to upgrade to the Pro edition.

We confirmed the issue you reported where the voice-over is cut off during HTML5/xAPI playback on some slides.
We checked and found that the audio files are still exported completely in the Resource folder of the output. However, when running through an LMS, it is slower, so this issue tends to occur.
As a temporary fix, you can extend the duration of the audio object by about 1 second; for this project, simply setting the audio object to “Show to the End of Slide”. If the issue persists, please try adding a short silence at the end of the audio.
Regarding the reported skipped words, we were not able to reproduce this issue in our tests.
We will continue looking into this and will keep you updated as soon as we have more information.
