Voice Recording

(Randy Kraus) #1

My voice recording goes in and out on recording, then disappears.

Can you provide the following files so we can check:

  • The recorded project file and its external data folder named in the form PROJECT_FILE_files if any.
  • The log of ActivePresenter in the path %APPDATA%\ActivePresenter. (Just copy and paste that in the address bar of Windows Explorer and press Enter. The log file is ActivePresenter.log in the opening folder).

Regards,

I have no idea what you are asking me to do. Please a phone number for help!!!
