View Audio Waveform To Animate

We need to be able to view the audio waveform in order to animate based on the audio file. It would also be nice to be able to set cue points to the timeline so that we can animate based on cue points/time index.

Saola Animate call it timeline label.
You can add labels to a timeline and use actions to animate from those labels:
