Video preview blinking

Problem: The video and the timeline section blinks, interspaced by black background whenever I tried to preview. It makes preview almost impossible. This problem don’t appear in the final video output. I don’t get this problem with any other programs.

Any helpful workaround will be much appreciated.

ActivePresenter Version: Pro Edition, Version 7.5.6

OS: Window 10 64-bit

Notes: I am using NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M graphic cards.

Can you please try the following to see if it can resolve the issue:

  • In Start Page, click Preferences.
  • In the Preferences dialog, select the Miscellaneous tab.
  • Check the option named “Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering”.
  • Click OK and restart the program.

I had the same problem with blinking, checking this option absolutely resolves the problem.
