Problem: video noise showing up in the canvas when working with Saola and in exported videos

OS: Windows 10 Home
Notes: When I’m working in Saola, a grid of black pixels appears in the canvas area briefly when scrolling. It is some sort of transient bug. It does not interfere with accomplishing actual work. However when I export to MP4 video, this grid of black pixels will show up in the video ruining it. I can temporarily get around this by switching to a different screen resolution in the Windows system settings, but it will come right back later on. I have attached a screen shot of this bug with this message.
