Video disappears in HTML5

Hi,

I have a problem with playing videos in HTML5 with Active Presenter 9.
Some videos stop playing before the end of the video and the video just “disappears" from the slide and the screen becomes blank. I already have the option “Play to the end of the slide” active.

Do you know a solution for this problem?

Is the duration of your slide as indicated by the timeline shorter than the duration of the video?

If these files are large, you can upload them to a cloud storage site like Google Drive and then send the link to support@atomisystems.com

We see that the video duration in slide 5 is too short. That leads to your issue.
To solve it, you just need to add a short time at the beginning of the video using the Insert Time feature.

We also want to note that your project has many unused resources.

You can optimize your project by deleting them in the Resources pane or shrinking the project (ActivePresenter button > Project > Shrink…)
