Version 9.0.7 update Issues

Problem: I’ve been using the app for several years on a purchased licence, but I wanted the new features and upgraded which has no ground my productivity to a stop!

After I upgraded, the app is now saying I have the free version and I need to purchase the latest version, I already have.

I can no longer access may work as a result of this upgrade.

ActivePresenter version: 9.0.7

OS: Microsoft Win 10 Enterprise V21H2 OS Build 19044.2728

No email or watching updates have arrived yet, I did receive the welcome message almost strait away when I registered this morning so I know my email address was entered correctly?
