Version 10.1.1 failed to start on my Windows PC after update

Problem:

ActivePresenter version: 10.1.1

OS: Windows 11 Home edition

Notes: Activepresenter cannot start. I need to reboot my computer but it can only start once but not the second time

Sorry to hear that ActivePresenter 10.1.1 isn’t starting properly after the update on your Windows 11 Home PC.

Could you please try uninstalling ActivePresenter completely, then reinstalling it to see if that resolves the issue?

In addition, please clear the Roaming folder at the following path before reinstalling:
C:\Users\AtomiUser\AppData\Roaming

After that, restart your computer and launch ActivePresenter again.

Please let us know how it goes.

I solve the problem by delete the related folders in the C:\Users\document
