Upload Gray screen/no audio to Youtube?

Problem: When I try and upload to YouTube the video is gray the entire way through, and the video has no audio. What am I doing wrong?

ActivePresenter Version: 8.0.4

OS: 10.13.6 High Sierra

Hi Domenick,

For performance reasons, ActivePresenter stores large audio and video files in an external data folder named in the PROJECT_FILE_files pattern. Please remember to rename/copy/move this folder when renaming/copying/moving projects. It seems to be that you have deleted that folder incidentally.
