Upgrade to AP8 from AP7

Hi, I am using AP 7. Purchased October 2019, so I should have free upgrade to AP 8, right?

May I just uninstall AP7 and install AP8?
Could I still able to run and edit AP 7 files with AP8?

Hi,

Yes, you can upgrade from ActivePresenter 7 to 8 for free within one year since the date of purchase.
To upgrade, you can deactivate the license (Help tab > Deactivate Product), uninstall ActivePresenter 7 and install ActivePresenter 8.
ActivePresenter 8 can open and edit project files made with ActivePresenter 7. But please note that ActivePresenter 7 cannot open project files saved with ActivePresenter 8.
