Unsmooth captured video

Problem:
Unsmooth video

ActivePresenter Version: 6.1.4 Free

OS: Windows 7 64 bit

Notes:I’m trying to record a streaming video. The video streams fine, but in the ActivePresenter project it runs unsmooth. Is there any setting to solve this problem?

Hi,

Can you please share the log of ActivePresenter so we can check? To view the log, click ACTIVEPRESENTER > Preferences… > Miscellaneous > View Log.

It looks like the issue is because the recording area having odd width and height (1687, 941).
Please change the recording area to even width and height, something like (1684, 940) and try again to see if it works.
