Unable to export to video

Problem:
Unable to export my file to video in activepresenter 9 latest version…it says error while exporting video…tried reinstalling the software multiple times…and also shortening the path to save the video file…nothing works…please Help!

Hi Shaini,

Could you please send us the log file so we can check? To view the log:

  • In Start Page, click Preferences (the Gear icon)
  • Select Miscellaneous.
  • Click View Log.

If this happens to only one project, then kindly send us the project file and its external data folder (if any), too.
