In my project, when I quickly move to the next page with the toolbar by clicking the forward button, the toolbar automatically pauses when it reaches the last page. What could be the reason?

Do you happen to have any objects on that slide which are set to pause and wait for input?

The reason is that the presentation ends and pauses when it reaches the last page, causing the play/pause button on the toolbar to change its state.
