Hi,

I was using ActivePresenter normally in version 7 but I upgraded to version 8 and, even setting to 30 fps, it is very low, around 10 to 15 fps.

I tested with both color spaces, changing the video encoding and webcam encoding and also enabling the Direct3D option for recording.

Nothing did.

I have a Logitech Brio. In version 7 it worked normal and in other software it also works normal.

Is there incompatibility in version 8?

Can you please share the log of ActivePresenter? To view the log, click ActivePresenter > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log.
