The spotlight rotates?

Hello there,
I have two problems when using the “spotlight” effect.
First, how can the spotlight rotate? Or is it not allowed to rotate?
Second, I already know how to change the color outside the spotlight. Can the color inside the spotlight be changed?

Hi,

  1. You cannot rotate a spotlight in ActivePresenter. You can only change its shape (Format tab > Change Shape).
  2. A spotlight object retains the original brightness of a particular area (inside the spotlight shape) while darkens the rest of the screen. And you can change the color outside the spotlight only.
