When I go to EXPORT A VIDEO IN THE MIDDLE OF THE VIDEO GENERATION IT BLOCKS AND STOPS AT THAT MOMENT

To investigate your issue better, kindly attach the ActivePresenter log file here or send it to our support email address support@atomisystems.com.
To view the log, click the ActivePresenter button > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log.

Hi @leancy,

Based on the shared log, you can try the following steps to see if it works:

  1. Uninstall the graphics driver.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Install the graphics driver again.

In case the issue persists, go to ActivePresenter > Preferences > Miscellaneous and select the Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering (take effect from the next run)

Then, click OK and restart the program.
