I created a presentation and used the “Text to Speech” feature. When I playback the audio in ActivePresenter, there is no issue. But when I export or preview, almost all of the audio files get cut off at the very end. Why does this happen and how do I fix it?

We confirm that is a known issue when viewing with a slow network connection. It also happens with some specific version of various browsers. The root of issue is the browser doesn’t fire media playback position and states accurately. We couldn’t find a proper way to fix it yet. In the mean time, please extend the audio duration a little bit or make it show till the end of slide as in the below screenshot:

Which browser do you recommend using?
Hi,
Chrome and Firefox seems work well with common internet connection speed while Safari and Internet Explorer don’t. In additional, any browsers on macOS and iOS also have this issue.
