Table prevents on load from being triggered in Firefox

Problem: Table prevents on load from being triggered in Firefox. Chrome okay.

ActivePresenter version: 9

OS: win10

Notes:

Hi,

it seems that a table causes a problem in one of my projects. If the table is present, the on load event of the slide is not triggered. If the table is not present, it is.
I upload the project.

Problem_Rolf.approj (280 KB)

Seems like a bug to me …
Can you help?

Thanks, Rolf

Hi Rolf,

We have tested your project across various browsers and did not encounter the problem you mentioned. Please press F12 and open the Console tab in the browser’s developer tools to see if there are any errors.

Regards,

Thanks, Hang,

that’s strange.

I get this error message:
Uncaught TypeError: i[o].ll is undefined

My FF is 128.11.0esr (64-Bit)

And here is a screenshot from Chrome (top) and from Firefox (bottom). In the Firefox one you can see that the progress bar keeps stuck in the beginning.

My colleagues have the same problem …

Any help is much appreciated.

BTW: when I delete the given table and create a completely new one, everything is fine.

Thanks for your information,

Could you please let us know what this object is in your screenshot?

It looks like the project you sent us might have been changed a bit. It doesn’t quite match the version you’d typically export to HTML5. And it’s also possible that the issue happened during the upload to your system.

this is not part of the project. That is a thing that relates to a smartboard software called ‘Notebook’. It is not an object in my project.

Thanks, Rolf

Could you kindly capture the complete console error and share it with us? A single line of the error message may not provide enough information for us to fully understand the issue. Having the entire error log will allow us to take a closer look and assist you more effectively.

Could you please share the full version of ActivePresenter that you’re using? That way, we can provide the most accurate support.
Thank you, we truly appreciate your time.

Thank you, I appreciate your help.

my original version was 9.1.3.
I now changed to 9.3.0 and the problem is gone.

Sorry, I could have thought of that sooner.

Best,
Rolf
