System audio not recording on macbook air m2

System audio not recording, i tried with background music option not working. Sunflower won’t install to my macbook too. Pls help. I’m transitioning to Mac OS from Windows. It’s working well on windows but not on Mac now. Pls help :sob:

Hi, i have the background music now but the sound is weird it’s not normal. :sob:

Could you please share the log of ActivePresenter so that we can investigate your case further?
To view the log, click the ActivePresenter button > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log.
