Support for automation?

Is there a way to automate frequent tasks across all slides? For instance if I want to lower the volume on every slide by 10%, or add a yellow box size 100x100 at the top right, or apply the same size/position/crop numerical values across multiple shapes, images or videos?

Regarding the request to lower the volume in batches, unfortunately, there is no workaround for that in ActivePresenter at the moment.

Regarding this, if you want this box to be part of the background, you can go to the Slide Master in View tab, add the box to the main slide. This will make all other slides have the same box. However, in this way, the box is part of the background, not editable on the canvas when you exit the Slide Master view and back to the main canvas. For easy understanding of the Slide Master, please watch the following video:

Other way to make changes to objects is that you go to the Object Settings in View tab. Here, you can customize the default object settings. So that later, each time you insert a new object, that object will inherit the settings you set in advance. Please take note that this must be set before you start creating/ inserting the objects on the canvas. Watch this video to understand more:

Regarding this, to set the same style and animation effect to the same objects in other slides: right-click that object > choose Apply to all … objects > Animation/ Style/ Show In Mode:

Another way is to click the ActivePresenter button on the top left of the screen > Project > Batch Operations > Insert Objects…
This will allow you to insert the same object to multiple slides at once right from the beginning. But first, you will need to make changes to the objects in the Object Settings.

It’s a bit long when I guide, but you can test all to see how quickly and convenient it is when you edit using these tips.
