SSL Error when using Microsoft Azure Voice

Problem: We are getting the SSL Error “WINHTTP_CALLBACK_STATUS_FLAG_SECURITY_CHANNEL_ERROR” when using Microsoft Azure Voice. We have installed the Windows update (kb3140245) and registry settings is proper as per the update but still receive the error. We have checked internet connectivity is fine.

ActivePresenter version: ActivePresenter Standard Edition
Version 8.5.4 - 64-bit build. (Released: 2021.11.18)

OS: Windows 7 Professional, SP1, Version 6.1

We’ve investigated the issue and found that the problem comes from Azure TTS server. It doesn’t support TLS 1.2 in Windows 7.

Please consider upgrade your system to Windows 10/11 version.
