After the Activepresenter 9.1.2 update, activepresenter turns off itself as soon as I click on the gradient setting on MacBook Pro computers and Mac mini computers. What might cause the problem?

Did you see the crash report dialog like below:
If yes, please click the Report… button and send the content of the report to us so we can analyze it further.
If not, please let us know which macOS version you are using.
For your information, ActivePresenter hasn’t supported version 14 (macOS Sonoma), currently. So, if you’re using this version, that might cause the issue.
In case, it isn’t yours, kindly share the log file of ActivePresenter so we can investigate further.
To view the log, click the ActivePresenter button > Preferences… > Miscellaneous > View Log .

Hello, I use macos sonoma. Sonomo version is installed on a different Imac computer, but there is no problem on that computer. This problem only occurs on MacBook and Mac mini computers.
