Screen recordings get cut off early

Problem: End of screen capture recording video gets cut off. Sometimes a few seconds at the end, other times it will only record for a few seconds.

ActivePresenter version:
ActivePresenter Pro Edition
Version 9.1.5 - 64-bit build. (Released: 2024.06.12)

OS: Win 11 Pro, Version 10.0.22631, Build 22631, Ryzen 7, 128GB RAM.

Notes: Recordings are saved to a 16TB DAS with 12TB of free space. I also tried changing the path of AP to my C: drive that has 1TB of free space and nothing changed. This doesn’t happen on every recording, and I restart this computer before every session.

Could you kindly send us the log file of ActivePresenter so we can take a look at the issue? (click ActivePresenter button > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log)

It hasn’t happened in the last few recordings so I don’t know how much good that would do you right now. I’ll keep the email address and send the log when it happens again, thank you!
