HI. MY SCREEN IS NOT RECORDING ANY IMAGES’ I AM PRESSING ALL THE RIGHT BUTTONS BUT ONLY GETTING THE WEBCAM OF MY FACE WHEN I PLAY BACK THE VIDEO AND NO SCREEN RECORDING. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

In addition, please attach the ActivePresenter log file here or send it to our support email address, support@atomisystems.com, so we can investigate further. To view the log, click the ActivePresenter button > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log.
