Screen Record Error Files found then lost?

Hi I had the screen record error but I did find both files for a little bit the audio was fine but the video would not open then all of a sudden both files disappeared and I can no longer find either of them. Was looking for help these are important files for school.

I did find the log but it was too long to copy and paste
