Hello, im new, i have tray Active Presenter demo whit LMS Forma. I have a problem with time tracking. Start time and total time is not tracked well.

look the table “Data Inizio” (start date) anf the “Data fine” (end date).
In the second table you can note that the start date is before the end date of the previous table.
Basically the test I did:
I made the first access which lasted 8:27 minutes after I closed the file and reopened and I made another 2 minutes, but the start date is prior to the closing date and instead of giving me a partial 2 minutes it made me a partial of 10:19. The partial was supposed to be 2:00 instead.

Hi Vinpe,
ActivePresenter output will start communicating with the LMS when the learner opens it and stop comunicating when the learner closes or completes it. It doesn’t set any time tracking property except session_time (session duration).
So you should contact your LMS for help in this case.
