Hello everyone,
we are just testing if active presenter will work well with our LMS (success factors). If we upload a package, it will start normally but no interaction with the content is possible. Every mouse click is just action as pause/continue - no buttons can be clicked.
We tried to export as Demonstration, Tutorial, Practice or Test but the behavior is always the same.

Hi Michael,
Maybe the Navigation settings in the Player Settings was set to None, I think. Please change to Free or Backward Only to specify the navigation behavior for the presentation using the toolbar
and the TOC.
If this is not your problem, please send us your project and its external folder named PROJECT_FILE_files (if any) to support@atomisystems.com so that we can check it.
If these files are large, you can upload them to a cloud storage site like Google Drive then send us the link to access.
