SCORM and UKG Learning

Problem: Blank Screen

ActivePresenter version: 9

OS: Win 11

Notes: This is not necessarily an ActivePresenter problem but I am curious to know if anyone out there has some experience with uploading SCORM files from AP to the UKG LMS platform.

The project will preview fine but will be a blank screen with no error messages when launched within an actual course.

Working on determining JSON support and pop-ups have been allowed for the domain. Tried both SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004

Unfortunately, I am not the admin of the platform so testing is a bit on the slow side.

Some users are using the UKG LMS without encountering this issue, so it may be related to specific settings or configurations in your project. If we are able to access your LMS environment, we may be able to assist you more effectively.

If possible, please share your LMS login credentials, along with your ActivePresenter project file and its external data folder named in the format PROJECT_FILE_files (if it exists), by sending them to support@atomisystems.com. This will allow our team to investigate the matter further and provide you with appropriate support.

I would need to see if this is permissible.

I have also tested the project on SCORM Cloud and it functions correctly there.
I also upload SCORM files to the Docebo platform without trouble.

If you know of any settings specific to UKG - I am happy to try them.

In the meantime - I will see what I can do about access for you.
