The internal server error you encounter when signing in is expected.
Starting from version 3.1, we changed the Saola Animate license policy from Subscription to Perpetual License.
On Dec 20, 2022, we notified you by email that:

We converted your Pro Lifetime subscription plan to 3 perpetual licenses with free lifetime upgrades.

Sign-in for subscription users would no longer be supported after 2023-06-30
Although the subscription service was officially deprecated in 2023, we only recently disabled it completely, which is why you are now seeing this error.
I’ve just forwarded the original email to you again.
Please activate Saola Animate using the product key provided in that email, instead of signing in.
