Resize mobile recording to full size fit screen in Active Presenter

Video Editing:

I want to know if I can update the settings/selections to set a mobile recorded file to fit into normal full size video, so I could just export the video file and reduce file size.

Explanation / Example of above question.

. I have a mobile recording file as in the picture below.

. I want to make this fit on Active Presenter, as mentioned in the following picture, so that I can export the same.

. Currently this mob-recorded file appears as:

I have tried referring to YT videos and discovered nothing to this query reference. Please do suggest if additional clarity is required.
