Properties pane is not visible on the right side of the screen

Recently when opening ActivePresenter, the properties pane is not visible on the right side of the screen.
I am tried ACTIVEPRESENTER -> Preferences… then looking for Reset UI Layout path
But in my General Tab. I don’t found this option

Hi,

You can access the View tab and click Properties to open this pane again.
Alternatively, you can also click Reset Pane Layout and follow the instructions. Then, you can see the Properties pane in the next run of the app.
