Problem importing powerpoint presentations

Hello,
Yesterday, after installing the lastest ActivePresenter version I am not able to import a PowerPoint presentation for a new project. (I think I may have done something wrong during the new installment process).

So although my PP Presentation are all in my documents, somehow, they do not show up when I want to import any of it into ActivePresenter.

Should I reinstall Active Presenter perhaps? And if I do, will I lose current projects?

Hi Amari,

Do your PowerPoint presentations have .ppt extension?
This format is for PowerPoint 97-2003, ActivePresenter 8 doesn’t support it anymore.
Please open them in PowerPoint and save them as .pptx files so that they can be used by ActivePresenter 8.

In any case, reinstalling ActivePresenter will not affect your projects.
