Playback recorded video screen flashes

Problem: I record a video, upon replay it is flashing. I don’t have dual monitors.

ActivePresenter Version: 7
Diplaysettings-ACER
OS: Windows 10

Notes:
I have my external display set up from my laptop. The laptop is closed and the display is my primary display. No other display. My display settings are attached. How do I reset this so it does not flash. It was working fine.

Hi,

Please try to turn off hardware rendering option in Preferences > Miscellaneous > Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering (make sure that the option is checked) to see if it can help.
