Paragraph Formatting - List

Hello, I insert a text, and format the text as Bullets.
It looks OK in Edit mode, but when I do Preview in HTML5, the Bullets are positioning incorrectly.

I have screenshots, but can’t see how to attach screenshots to this topic?

Hi Joseph,

Could you kindly let me know if the problem is the same as in the image below?

If that’s the case, please choose all the text content you want to bullet > Align Text Left and check again to see if the issue is resolved.

If it is not resolved, you can attach the screenshot image where the issue occurs and upload it to this thread by choosing the Upload icon as in the image below.

Look forward to your update.

Kind regards,
Quynh Anh

Yes, the issue I found is identical to the one in your screenshot.

Hi Joseph,

Have you tried using Align Text Left as I suggested in the previous response?
Please let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Quynh Anh

Hello Quynh,
if the text is Left Justified, then the bullets show correctly.
Also, if the text is Even justified, the bullets also show correctly.

I also tested right justified text, and the problem is the same as with the Centre justified.
So, Centre and Right justified don’t show the bullets correctly.

Hi again Joseph,

Thanks for your update.

Regarding the bug with Align Center and Align Right, this is a known issue with Chrome, Edge and Safari browsers.
It has been added to our to-do list for the future versions.

At the moment, please use Align Left or Justify as suggested when you format the text as Bullets.

Best regards,
Quynh Anh
