Dear Sir/Madam,
I have upgraded my computer: removed 2 HDDs and installed 1 additional SSD, changed Video Graphics Card (Motherboard and Processor remained the same). However ActivePresenter now requires activation. When I enter the key you sent me Product Key - ActivePresenter 7 Pro (EDU) - Ref. # 69510546 the Activator says that the key has been activated on max. number of the computers. Could you, please, fix this issue.

Hi Igor,
Your computer hardware has been changed so the fingerprint changes which in turn invalidates the activation.
I’ve just deactivated it for you so now you should be able to activate again.
Going forward, you should deactivate the license before replacing your hard drive and reactivate it again.

Indeed, I did not deactivate ActivePresenter befor re-assebling the computer, where it was installed. Now I have re-activated it - Thank You Very Much once again!
