I would like to ask a question… as I have to change my old Mac because it has come to the end… I would like to know if ActivePresenter 9.1.5 is compatible with macOS 15.2 (Sequoia)

Currently, we do not support macOS 15.2.
We’ll work on it and try to support it in the next update of ActivePresenter.

I have the same problem. With my previous mac I could use Active Presenter without any problems, but with my new computer with Sequoia 15.2 I can’t. Can you send me the test version?

Thank you for the link. I downloaded it and tested it, but I have the same problem I did with the other version. I get the mac circle with colours that goes around and around and nothing happens. I can’t even quit Active Presenter because it’s actually quit itself, even though the bar with all the options is still on the screen, so I have to start AP again and then quit it. I tried uninstalling and installing it again. I restarted the computer and nothing. It just crashes. Any advice?

- a screenshot illustrating the issue
- the crash report (copy the content when the crash report appears and send it to us)
