Objects disappearing when returning to slide (Hide after effect irrelevant)

Problem:
Objects disappearing when returning to slides. I don’t think the hide after effect is relevant here, I could be wrong. I’m new to ActivePresenter.

How it happens:

1. I export to HTML
2. I click on all the interactive objects in slide 1
3. I click on slide 2
4. I click back to slide 1
5. I click on the blue Text box and a group of objects pop up
6. All the objects with added actions that change the object state disappear - so the two green shapes disappear.

The disappearing also happens when the Resume Feedback Layer pops up and I click resume (again only objects with added actions that change the object state disappear)
The objects appear again if I hover over them.

ActivePresenter version: 9.3.0

OS: Windows 11

Notes:

In my project there’s a blue text box that toggles the visibility of a group of objects (Pop up box) when clicked.

Pop up box is initially hidden.
In the group there are 2 shapes that change state On Rollover, On Rollout and On Click.

My only solution to this is to add the Show Object action On Click to the Text box and this seems to work but it isn’t ideal.

Please let me know if there’s something I’ve added that causes the disappearing.

Thanks for the email🙂 It works perfectly now. If anyone else has this problem @PhuongThuy_Le said to deselect the Retain State checkbox to resolve the issue.
