Problem: ActivePresenter does not use my Nvidia GPU even when specifically set to use it
ActivePresenter Version: 6.1.6 (previous versions also had the same symptom)
OS: Win7
Notes:
Nvidia has a tray icon which shows the programs that are accessing the GPU. Even though I’ve set ActivePresenter to specifically use the GPU, it never does. This leads to some lag when screen capturing, because it’s using the weak Intel HD 3000 chip on my motherboard.

The version 6 haven’t been optimized to use GPU for recording/rendering. Please consider using ActivePresenter 7 instead. You may need to change two options as in below picture:
