I am unable to watch tutorials i have recorded , i can only hear audio, how do i fix this?
If you are using macOS, make sure that you grant screen recording permission to your device before recording.
If it’s not your case, kindly provide the issue in more detail and send us the log file of ActivePresenter so we can assist you better.
To view the log, click the ACTIVEPRESENTER button > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log.
