Problem: I am trying to capture a specific screen section. When using the “custom” option, the preview version of what I captured is correct, but the saved version is in full screen and can see controls. I am using the free version and just updated to the latest version (was not happening before).
Please share the ActivePresenter log so we can check further. You can access the log by clicking ActivePresenter > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log.
