When I click to HTML5 preview i get:

This 127.0.0.1 page can’t be found

AI chat does not work as well.

To help us investigate the issue, could you please try the following and let us know the results?

  1. Please temporarily disable any firewall, antivirus software, and browser extensions, then test HTML5 Preview again.

  2. Please copy the preview URL and try opening it in a different browser.

    • Alternatively, set another browser as the default browser and run HTML5 Preview again from ActivePresenter.
    • If the preview works in another browser, the issue may be related to the original browser.

  3. Close ActivePresenter, reopen it, create a new blank project, and run HTML5 Preview.

    • If the blank project also fails, please check the ActivePresenter preview folder in AppData and see whether the HTML5 output files are generated.
    • If they are present, try opening the generated HTML file directly and let us know the result.

  4. If the blank project previews successfully, please try previewing the original project again.

    • If only the original project fails, the issue may be project-specific. In that case, please send us the project file for further investigation.

  5. Finally, please send us the log file:

    • Open ActivePresenter.
    • Go to ActivePresenter > Preferences > Miscellaneous.
    • Click View Log.
    • Save and send us the log file.

Hi all,

Tried and without success.

NEW USERS DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO UPLOAD FILES. So i can not upload the log.
