Problem: I was recording my screen earlier this morning, however, my laptop suddenly turned off. I already recovered the video and the audio file however the audio file has no sound. After I pressed the record button earlier, I made sure that there is an audio recording for my video, I verified that and saw in the video I recovered that I did check if the audio was recording. However, the audio file I recovered now has no audio coming out. Pls help me.
