Within the product, I record a video and do the little playback feature within the tool and there is no audio. When I do HTML preview, the sound comes through. Is there a way to enable sound on the previewer?

Does your computer has more than one audio output (such as Headphone and Speakers)? If so, audio will be played through only one of them. Please also make sure that the audio device is plugged into your computer before starting ActivePresenter.
