Problem:
hello, I would like to check if anyone encounter the issue with .mov video imported into a slide got no audio at all. the video is still playing as usual but it was mute. i recalled previously when importing .mov video do not have this issue. please help!
ActivePresenter version: 8.3.5
OS: windows 10

Could you please share the project which has the issue and its external data folder named in the PROJECT_FILE_files if any so we can check? If these files are large, you can upload them to a cloud storage site like Google Drive then email to us to support@atomisystems.com.

Thanks for replying me. this is resolve by itself after some try and error by myself; restart ActivePresenter program, restart laptop, perform windows update etc. thank god
