New version update_Sound inactive

I have updated today to the new version and the sound is not activated.
We cannot hear either new or old recordings.

We need help to solve the issue.

Thank you for your message.

After updating, please check the audio device settings carefully before recording or playing back audio. Make sure the correct input (microphone) and output (speaker/headphone) devices are selected in ActivePresenter and that they are properly connected and enabled in your system settings.
Also, please avoid plugging in or unplugging any audio devices while recording, as this may cause the audio to stop working properly.

If the issue persists and you still cannot hear both new and existing recordings, please send us the ActivePresenter log file (File > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log) to support@atomisystems.com for further investigation. This will help us analyze the issue more accurately.
